PT SaraRasa Biomass is currently seeking experienced staff to join us in Selatpanjang Kab.Meranti Riau.
1. Chemical Engineer ( Code : CE )
Responsibilities:
- In charge of building and operating water treatment installations based on detailed engineering documents
- Provide technical advice and deliver service consistent with safety parameters, project schedule and environment
- Provide trouble shooting to maintain and keep smooth operation condition related to chemicalrecovery equipment
- Prepare the report for ub normal process parameters and take immediate action to recover the parameter
Requirements:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in process engineering projects in Indonesia
- You have obtained a Diploma, Chemical Engineering Degree or equivalent
- You have experience operating chemical or water treatment plant
- Computer literate; good command of English is a plus
- Analytical, accurate and team player

2. Industrial Relation & General Service Supervisor (Code : IR & GS Spv)
Responsibilities:
- Developing effective relationships with the business and promote good employee relations across the organization.
- Assists the Superior on the development of Personnel Policies and Procedures (SOP).
- Provides counseling services to departments and employees on various employee Relations / Industrial Relation issues.
- Provide general service for employee to manage and handling employee accommodation, canteen.
- Able to handle expatriate wok permit.
- Government Relation & Community Development.
- Process Business Liaison Permit from the local authority.
- Supervisory, control and monitoring security team activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in Law or Management
- Must have 3+ years working experience in same position, handling industrial relation and General Service/ Affairs
- Have an excellent understanding of Labor Law and Government Regulation
3. Logistic Manager ( Code : LM )
Responsibilities:
- Assist logistic Manager on perform daily operation and supervise logistic team.
- Responsible to develop logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services
- Managing barge operations with small barges and tugboats to monitor and supervise the flow of raw material
- Forecasting stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and performance
Requirements:
- Min S1
- Minimum 5 years of experience in barge logistics in Indonesia, preferably wood barging experience
- Required Skills: fleet management, time management, good communication skills
