SQ Representative
Pekanbaru (Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinated with SQ Representative Manager to ensure implementation of service standard for front liners staff and facilities premises at branches are in compliance with QNB Kesawan service standard.
- Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of weekly meeting and self assessment at each branch in the region.
- Direct and monitoring front liner staff to meet the service quality standard.
- Assist SQ Representative Manager within communicate and socialize all service initiative to the branches
- Conduct branch observation to ensure implementation of service standard for front liners are in compliance with Standard Service.
- Prepare report on service level of each branch in the region.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major, with at least minimum 1 year relevant working experience in service area, preferably within wide organization / banking / financial industry background.
- Good communication skill, reliable and good self management.
- Good interpersonal skill, customer focus oriented, while in the same time showing high standard for performance excellence, team work, and integrity.
- Good command in computer skills & English.
