Branch Manager Sales Job (Information Technology) (IT Job)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for one of the world’s leading computer technology and electronics companies, which manufactures desktops and laptop personal computers, servers, storage devices, displays, smart-phones and accessories. This innovative and exciting company, with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, is looking for the very best talent to fill the position of branch manager, to be based in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. The position requires candidates of the highest quality and offers good future prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales plan through the distributors and dealers in a given geographical areas, and communicating the company view point and sales tactics, plans and campaign.
• Ensure that the systems are in place at the dealer/branch level and these systems are being followed.
• Motivate and guide the dealers/retailers in a particular area through periodic visits and reviews.
• Ensure that company schemes aredeployed at the dealer / retailer level and take corrective action where required
• Coach the sales staff of the dealer / retailer in appropriate sales techniques
• Carry out sales analysis and collect / collate competitor data in order to feed-in to the sales and marketing strategies 
• Contribute to the Sales process in the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (min.) in any discipline, though IT, management or engineering preferred
• Seven years in sales in IT/consumer electronics with five years in regional sales management position
• No older than 35 years old
• Strong understanding of customers and market requirements
• Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
